This series will take you from an 11 minute meditation on day one, building up to a 30 minute meditation throughout the two weeks. The meditations are best taken consecutively, each day, as each sitting flows and builds upon the last. We recommend creating a calm, sacred space for your meditation practice and approach each sitting as a gift of self love and inner peace.
