Awaken Academy Policies
Payment
Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Paypal, Wise, or Cash (Details are sent upon booking). The payment must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled retreat, course or session. All fees and costs associated with the money transfer should be covered by the client.
Courses and Retreats should be paid in full prior to the beginning of the course (unless alternative arrangements have been made).
Cancellation
The session times are reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect our scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 75% the session price. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full for the scheduled service. We honour our clients time as well as our availability to offer sessions.
All online courses are 100% non refundable. We do not offer refunds within a month of the start date of the course.
All Retreats are non refundable within a month of the start date. However, consideration may be given to allow participants to join a retreat at a later date (in special circumstances).
Bookings
In order to help ensure that you obtain your desired appointments, we recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability.

Privacy Policy
Awaken Academy has a policy of complete confidentiality for everything that is discussed and explored in all sessions.
Awaken Academy at times will collect user information, including but not limited to email addresses, to be used for marketing efforts. Awaken Academy will never sell any of your information to 3rd parties.
